We are a group of people who decided to work together to make a difference in the lives of animals in Kaohsiung. We dedicate our time to help animals who find themselves in dear need of help.

Most of the animals we rescue are very sick, injured or abused. We capture them, we provide medical attention for them, and we do our best to show them that their cries for help are not in vain through rehabilitation and by giving them the proper care they deserve.

We are a charity organization and although we wish we could, we are not able to rescue every animal in need. However, we provide individuals with resources, help and advice if they choose to make a difference and take responsibility for a needy animal.

We also operate a CNR program which consists of Catching, Neutering, and Releasing animals where they were captured. For more information about CNR, visit our education page.

Flea Market

BARK Pet Adoption Day & Flea Market Fundraiser

BARK holds a Pet Adoption Day/ Flea Market Fundraiser at Pet's World (180 Boai 3rd road) most Sundays from 3-7pm (if it's not raining!).

We take donated items and sell them to raise money to help animals in need. So, clean out your closet, clean out your basement, clean out your garage, clean out your school and bring us your unwanted items! And spread the word! Your 'junk' could be someone else's treasure :o) If you have an item that's too big to transport on your scooter or you just have too many things then contact us to arrange pick-up.

Please come give BARK a helping hand. Only an hour of your day will make a big difference to an animal in need. We especially need help with set-up shift (2-3pm) and clean-up shift (6:30-7pm). All you have to do is contact Natasha with what shift you can do.
