Milky

Milky had one back leg amputated after being hit by a car at 1 month old. We discovered her when her siblings led us to a mountain of ants. Well, we thought it was a mountain of ants but really it was Milky being eaten alive by a mountain of ants due to an open wound from being hit by a car. Then she got struck with canine distemper. But she is a trooper and she made it thru both. She is a very happy, calm, loving dog. She has difficulties walking for a long periods of time, though. But other than that, we treat her like any other pooch and she doesn't seem to realize that she has this 'disability'. In fact she is the pack leader when it comes to feeding time! And she just loves rolling around in the grass during outings at the park.
